Modest size rear extension proposal. Through discussions with this client, our brief and design emerged to unify existing kitchen and dining room with new sunroom area, and in turn to integrate these rooms to the garden via the new timber deck area. Southern aspect means that all rooms benefit from additional light and heat from south facing glazed wall and rear garden.
