Through discussions with client brief and design emerged to unify existing kitchen and dining room with new sunroom area, and in turn to integrate these rooms to the garden via the new timber deck area.

The driver for this contemporary extension to the original cottage lies with the client brief. We were to create a space for the clients baby grand piano, as well as inspiring and uplifting living and sleeping spaces and especially to connect indoors and out.

Contemporary styling make this proposed roof extension more low-key than neighbouring attempts at converting roof space on this suburban ‘A Frame’ estate.
