Situated on the N59 between Moycullen and Oughterard our client wished to extend and renovate the family home that they
grew up in. The existing house has significant issues with mould, condensation, and not being optimally orientated for sunlight.
The request was however, to keep as much of the original footprint and material as possible, whilst being open to forms
and interventions that awakens the home to its breathtaking Connemara environment, and the movement of sun and so on.
